Roland DG Eco-Sol MAX 3 (500 ml cartridges)

Third-generation Eco-Sol MAX colour inks (Roland part codes ESL5) in 500 cc cartridges for wide-format printers: CMYK, Light Cyan, Light Magenta and Light Black. Roland Europe states that Eco-Sol MAX 2 or 3 can be used with the VersaCAMM VS-i, SOLJET XR-640 and VersaEXPRESS RF-640; the XR-640 switching manual lists the seven colours in 500 cc cartridges. Roland also publishes a 'VS-640/540/420/300 ECO-SOL MAX 3 Ink Switching Method' for the older VersaCAMM VS. There is no white or metallic Eco-Sol MAX 3: those stay on Eco-Sol MAX 2 and can be combined with MAX 3 colours. A printer already filled with an earlier generation must be switched with Roland's 'ECO-SOL MAX 3 Ink Switching Method' so the two inks do not mix.
